Strengthening Academic–Industry Synergy, PT LEN (Persero) Explores Collaboration on Master's Degree Programs

Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id –The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) of the Bandung Institute of Technology received a visit from PT LEN (Persero) to explore educational collaboration for the master's program on Wednesday (July 1, 2026). The meeting took place at the STEI Faculty Lounge, Labtek VIII, 2nd Floor, ITB Ganesha Campus.

This visit marked the first step in building synergy between universities and industry to support the development of superior human resources. Through discussions, both parties explored opportunities for collaboration in providing master's-level education aligned with industry needs, particularly in the fields of electrical engineering, informatics, and strategic technology.

From STEI ITB, the meeting was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. techn. Muhammad Zuhri Catur Candra, S.T., M.T., and the Vice Dean for Resources, Dr. Eng. Ir. Arwindra Rizqiawan, S.T., M.T. The presence of the STEI ITB leadership reflects the institution's commitment to opening up strategic collaboration spaces that can benefit both education and industry.

This exploration is expected to lay the foundation for more concrete collaboration in the future. The collaboration between STEI ITB and PT LEN (Persero) is expected to strengthen the link between academia and industry by developing postgraduate education that adapts to technological developments and national needs.

Through ongoing partnerships, STEI ITB remains committed to expanding collaboration with various strategic partners to support the implementation of the tridharma of higher education while producing graduates who have the competence, competitiveness, and relevance to future industrial challenges.
