How to Request a Visit
1
Prepare an Official Letter
Address the visit request letter to the Dean of STEI ITB.

Provide Complete Information
Include the number of participants, purpose of the visit, preferred date and time, and the contact details of the person in charge.

Send via Email
Send the request letter to the official email address: stei@itb.ac.id.
4
Await Verification
The request will be reviewed, and the applicant will receive a response letter.
During the Visit
- Participants must arrive according to the approved schedule.
- Participants will receive an introduction to STEI ITB.
- Participants will receive information about the study programs and academic activities.
- Participants must maintain order and cleanliness.
- Participants must observe proper conduct throughout the visit.
Additional Provisions
- The number of participants may be limited according to room capacity.
- Any schedule changes will be communicated by STEI ITB via WhatsApp +62 878-2775-6227 ( Satrio Adhi Pramono, A.Md. ).
- Visits outside the designated schedule may only be arranged with special approval.
