First Semester Meeting of 2020-2021 for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students

It has been five months since the first cases of COVID-19 were announced in Indonesia, and to date, the movement of cases is still showing an increase. Maintaining health protocols has become a mandatory thing, including not gathering and crowding, and doing more activities in crowded places or at home. Therefore, this also affects lecture activities.

Unlike the previous year, this time students welcome the new academic year in their respective homes and study online. However, this did not prevent the academic community from being able to gather together. Thanks to existing technology, on Friday, August 14, 2020, all active students in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs can gather in the 2020-2021 Academic Year Initial Meeting for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students, which is held through Zoom media. Apart from using Zoom, this event is also broadcast live via YouTube.

The event was attended by the Dean of STEI 2020-2025, Dr. Tutun Juhana, ST., MT., Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Dr.techn. Saiful Akbar, ST, MT., And the Deputy Dean for Resources, Dr. Widyawardana Adiprawita, ST., MT. In the event, the Dean was present to welcome students in the new academic year, providing motivation and inspiration in facing the new school year amid the pandemic, and introducing staff at the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics.
