STEI ITB Holds New Postgraduate Student Admissions 2024

Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id  – School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) ITB held a New Student Admission event (PMB) for postgraduate programs on August 15, 2024. The activity, which took place on the 3rd floor of the CRCS Building, was attended by new students from various study programs at STEI ITB.

The event started with do’a led by Dr. Umar Khayam, Head of the Electrical and Informatics Engineering Doctoral Study Program. Do’a started the series of PMB activities with the hope that the students could complete their studies smoothly and with blessings.

After do’a, Dean STEI ITB, ., gave an official welcome. In his welcome speech, Dr. Tutun expressed his pride in the selection of new students to be part of STEI ITB, and emphasized the importance of commitment in studying in this competitive academic environment. He also invited students to actively participate in various academic and research activities at STEI ITB.

The event continued with an explanation of academic activities delivered by Dr. Techn. Saiful Akbar, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs STEI ITB. Dr. Saiful provided a comprehensive overview of the class schedule, curriculum structure, and various facilities that can support student learning activities. He also introduced the Heads of Study Programs from each program, giving new students an opportunity to become more familiar with their academic environment.

The next session was filled with explanations and questions and answers from each study program, namely Master of Electrical Engineering Study Program, Master Program in Informatics. Doctoral Program in Electrical Engineering and InformaticsIn this session, new students can ask the Head of Study Program directly to obtain more in-depth information about their chosen study program.

This PMB event aims to provide new students with a comprehensive understanding of academic life at STEI ITB, as well as prepare them to undergo their studies with high enthusiasm and motivation.
