STEI ITB Strengthens International Cooperation Through a Visit to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – School of Electrical and Informatics Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, carried out a working visit to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) on 13 Januari 2026 as part of efforts to strengthen international cooperation in the academic and research fields.
This visit focused on further discussions on implementation. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), pengembangan dual degree program, as well as the formulation of the scheme student and staff exchange to support academic mobility and cross-country research collaboration.
The visit of STEI ITB was attended by the Dean of STEI ITB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tutun Juhana, S.T., M.T., together Prof. Dr. Ir. Suhono Harso Supangkat, M.Eng. And Prof. Dr. Ir. Umar Khayam, S.T., M.T., IPMThe presence of the STEI ITB leadership confirmed the institution's commitment to strengthening its strategic partnership with UTM.
A series of activities took place at Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, with a follow-up agenda to be implemented in Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, UTM Kuala LumpurUTM welcomed the visit of the STEI ITB delegation as a concrete step in strengthening the institutional relationship between the two institutions.
Through this working visit, STEI ITB hopes that the collaboration that has been established can continue to be developed and realized in sustainable academic and research programs.
