2 Teams from STEI successfully qualified for the final round of LSI Design – Japan

CONGRATULATIONS! is the first greeting that was sent to the two teams from STEI ITB for their success in entering the final round of the Competition. 14th International IC Design in Okinawa - Japan. The two teams are Team Oasis consisting of Aidilla Pradini, Risvan Dirza, Teuku Muhammad Roffi and from the Putra Ganesha team: Ardimas Andi Purwita, Paul Cuang, Yanwar Arditiyas.

These two teams have successfully designed an image compression and decompression system similar to Motion JPEG. Their work can be seen on YouTube.

The final round will be held at the Department of Information Engineering, University of the Ryukyus, 1 Senbara, Nishihara, Okinawa, Japan on March 18, 2011. The next greeting is of course as Japanese people usually say, "Ganbatte Kudasai"; keep doing your best and be successful to be the winner in the final. LSI Design Contest 2011.
