International Conference on Instrumentation, Communication, Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering
International Conference on Instrumentation, Communication, Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering (ICICI-BME) is a scientific meeting held every 2 years by the Bandung Institute of Technology (STEI Biomedical Engineering Study Program and High Energy Theoretical Physics and Instrumentation Study Program, FMIPA ITB), Indonesian Biomedical Engineering Society and Indonesian Sensor and Actuator System Society. ICICI-BME was first held in 2009 in Bandung. The 2nd ICICI-BME 2011 which coincided with The 6th Biomedical Engineering Days (BMEDays) is the second ICICI-BME event with the theme "Science and Technology for Health". This activity is also supported by the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Faculty of Industrial Technology (FTI), Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (FTMD) ITB and IEEE BME Society, IEEE Indonesia – BME Chapter, IEEE Indonesia – CAS Chapter.
The 2nd ICICI-BME 2011 took place over two days, November 8-9, 2011, at the East Hall of ITB. The event was opened by the Vice Rector for Resources and Organization of ITB, Prof. Dr. Irawati, MS.
