STEI ITB and FTI UAD Officially Sign Cooperation Agreement to Strengthen Collaboration in Education, Research and Community Service

Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id — The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) at Institut Teknologi Bandung has established a strategic partnership with the Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS), held at Universitas Udayana, Bali. The event took place alongside the 2026 National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the Forum of Engineering Deans of Indonesia.

The agreement was formally signed by the Dean of STEI ITB, Tutun Juhana, and the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Siti Jamilatun, as a commitment by both institutions to strengthen collaboration in the fields of education, research, and community service.

This event was part of a series of national agendas that brought together leaders of engineering faculties from various universities across Indonesia. The Rakernas served as a strategic momentum to expand networks and enhance inter-institutional synergy in addressing the challenges of technological advancement and the ever-evolving needs of industry.

Through this collaboration, STEI ITB and the Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan have agreed to develop various joint programs, including academic exchanges, collaborative research, and the development of innovations with tangible societal impact. This agreement is expected to foster improvements in educational quality and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of science and technology in Indonesia.

The signing of this Cooperation Agreement also reaffirms both institutions’ commitment to building a sustainable partnership that remains adaptive to global dynamics, particularly in the fields of engineering and informatics.
