Electrical Power Engineering Study Program STEI ITB Holds International Virtual Courses (IVC) with the Theme "Optimizing Energy Transition in Electricity Sector towards Carbon Neutral"

Electrical Power Engineering Study Program STEI ITB has held International Virtual Courses (IVC) with the theme “Optimizing Energy Transition in Electricity Sector towards Carbon Neutral” which lasted for 19 days from July 25 to August 12, 2022. This activity was attended by 51 participants from various countries, including Colombia, Cambodia, Thailand and Indonesia.

In this activity, Electrical Power Engineering Study Program STEI ITB successfully brought in eight international lecturers, experts in their fields, from various universities, including UTP Colombia, Javeriana University Colombia, Evolution Energie France, SIT Japan, and Agora Energiewende Germany. Additionally, lecturers from the industrial sector from PT PLN Indonesia also participated in this activity.

In International Virtual Courses In this IVC, participants were equipped with knowledge on optimizing the energy transition in the electricity sector towards carbon neutrality. Furthermore, they had the opportunity to interact directly with experts in their fields, broadening their horizons and enhancing their skills in developing solutions to address future challenges. It is hoped that this activity will have a positive impact and inspire participants to continue contributing to addressing future energy challenges.
