Penghargaan Satya Lencana Wira Karya Kepada Trio Adiono, Ph.D

On the 69th Postal and Telecommunications Service Day (Postel), September 28, 2014, which took place at the Central Post Office Building, Jl. Cilaki Bandung. One of the Lecturer Staff of the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics - STEI ITB, namely Trio Adiono, Ph.D received the Satya Lencana Wira Karya honorary badge from the President of the Republic of Indonesia for his contribution to national development in the form of developing broadband chipsets for telecommunications devices so as to achieve local content of more than 60%. The pinning of the honorary badge was carried out by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Communication and Information, Dr. Suprawoto, SH., M.Si. At the same time, honorary badges were also given to the President Director of Telkomsel, the Director of Post and several other agency officials.

This is a significant achievement, as high-tech research can be developed into a product usable by the public. This achievement is due in no small part to the support of ITB researchers and lecturers, Xirka Silicon Technology, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics' Research and Industrial Support Program, the Ministry of Research and Technology's Center of Excellence in Science and Technology, and various other parties.
