TA Poster Exhibition and STEI Student Thesis

This poster exhibition was the first of its kind and is part of the activities of two Scientific Groups (KK) at STEI, namely the Informatics KK and the Software and Data Engineering KK. This event was held on Monday, March 28, 2011, and the plan is that this exhibition, which is held to appreciate and publish students' TA/Theses, will be held routinely every time graduation approaches.

This exhibition was filled with posters from all undergraduate students of Informatics Engineering and Masters of Informatics, Information Systems, and Software Engineering. It was certainly interesting because the competition could spur the students' creativity in expressing their TA/Thesis results in the form of posters and of course these posters were assessed by the judges, namely Lecturers from the 2 KKs namely Mr. Benhard, Mr. Iping, Mr. Afwarman, Mrs. Hira, Mr. Husni and Mr. Riza.

From the competition for this poster exhibition, there were 3 best posters determined by the jury to have advantages compared to the others in terms of aesthetic and content assessment, namely Poster TA “Application of Human-Centered Systems Development Life Cycle in Collaborative Learning Software Development for Children with Multi-touch Technology” by Anwari Ilman (13506030), TA Poster “Hospital Information System Architecture Planning Using Enterprise Architecture Planning Method: Case Study: Adevent Hospital, Bandung” by Marselina Tando (13506100) and Thesis Poster “Out of Vocabulary Detection In Indonesian Speech Recognition Using Word and Syllable Level Decoding” by aswin Juari (23509072). Of course, with this exhibition, the results of the students' TA/thesis will not only become residents of the library and just pile up. But through the poster exhibition, it can now be enjoyed by many people because it is displayed along the corridor/hallway of the Benny Subianto Building, 2nd Floor.
