MRT Partners with ITB for Digital Transformation

MRT Jakarta is currently undergoing a digital transformation process to develop its transportation business and the Jakarta rail transportation ecosystem. In this transformation, MRT is collaborating with Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), specifically the Information Technology Study Program (KK) of STEI ITB, to transform resources, provide assistance in designing the digital transformation, and develop an IT masterplan. The kick-off meeting was held via video conference on February 5, 2021, and was opened by the Director of Finance and Information Technology, Mr. Roy Rahendra.

At the meeting Dr. Arry Akhmad Arman from KK IT STEI ITB explained the methods and scope of work as the first stage of the digital transformation process.
The digital transformation framework developed by ITB, called the Garuda Digital Transformation Framework, was also explained, divided into four stages. The online meeting was attended by MRT's top management, ITB researchers, and professors from STEI ITB. Prof Suhono Harso Supangkat.
