Techno-Entrepreneurship Public Lecture
Irawan Purnomo, Direktur PT. Nusantara Compnet Integrator telah memberikan kuliah umum pada mahasiswa kuliah kapita selekta telekomunikasi [ET-4282] dan peserta civitas akademik lainnya. Topik Kuliah umum yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Multimedia pada hari Rabu, 21 September 2011 lalu ini adalah mengenai Entrepreneurship di Bidang Teknologi Informasi.
In the initial process of establishing a business unit, there were several important points conveyed regarding the experience and learning he had gained. These points were:
- The key to business product is differentiation, making a new product in business is better than making an existing product.
- Choose a partner in building a business who has the same and strong vision, financial support and has complementary (different) knowledge and skills.
In running this business, he experienced many obstacles, but the speaker, who is also a graduate of Electrical Engineering ITB '86, shared the business strategies he implemented, namely:

- Agent
- Law of Sacrifice
- Pemilihan sektor pasar
- Selection of products & services: one top brand in every category, business partner of world-class principals, skill certification, fast and competent service
- Strategi kerjasama
He also shared about several inspiring figures and perhaps this can also be an inspiration for readers, namely Michael Dell, where according to him in running a business there are 3 things that must be considered, namely: choose a field that is expert and liked, focus, and utilize surrounding resources & good organizations.
