Electrical Engineering Days 2017: Press Release
ITB's Electrical Engineering study program has an international reputation and has achieved ABET accreditation in the field of . has three objectives to be achieved by its graduates:
- Successful career in engineering profession,
- Qualified to continue to a higher level and successfully complete their education, and
- Have leadership and active roles in industry, government, or education at the Asia Pacific level.
To achieve this goal, the curriculum of the ITB Electrical Engineering study program is designed in such a way that it is expected to produce graduates with these three qualifications. Continuous evaluation and improvement are one of the basic characteristics of the ITB Electrical Engineering education program, so that in 2012 an integrated program was launched with academic activities: CAPSTONE DESIGN FINAL PROJECT and ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DAYS
TA Capstone Design which is combined with the peak activity of Electrical Engineering Days (EE Days) is one of the answers of the Electrical Engineering Study Program to the challenges of the professional world which requires prospective professionals who have... excellence in knowledge, skills, and the ability to collaborate. In EE Days, final-year students in the Electrical Engineering Study Program will face a final project evaluation in front of examiners from lecturers and professionals to evaluate the problem-solving process, design, and implementation of a engineering problem in the form of a final project topic. The topic selection and the final project itself are designed in such a way that they must be carried out in an integrated manner within a work team, thus training and developing student teamwork.
EE Days 2017 will be held on May 22-24, 2017, at the East Hall of ITB. It will involve approximately 119 students with 39 research topics, as well as postgraduate students and the academic community of STEI and ITB in general. The event will also invite students from other universities and high school students from the Greater Bandung area. This event will also be enlivened by various activities including:
