Closing of ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit for STEI Administrative Services

On Thursday, July 25, 2019, STEI officially closed the ISO 9001:2015 internal audit process for the administration system. The Dean of STEI ITB, Prof. Dr. Jaka Sembiring, M.Eng was present on the occasion, along with the Head of STEI Administration, Fitri Murdiyana, S.Si, MBA, and the Head of the Internal Auditor Team, Ir. Arief Syaichu Rohman, MEngSc, Ph.D.

This internal audit aims to evaluate the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, which has entered its second year. The audit examined all activities within the administration system and provided recommendations for improving service quality.

Prof. Jaka expressed his deepest appreciation to the team that had worked hard to create a better administrative system, and hoped for continued improvement in performance and service quality. He also thanked the internal audit team for their thorough evaluation.

ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems. An institution or organization that has received ISO accreditation (recognition from an independent party) is considered to have met international requirements for the quality management system of its products or services.
