STEI ITB Receives Visit from ITS Faculty of Medicine and Health for Accreditation Comparative Study

Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics of the Bandung Institute of Technology (STEI ITB) received a visit from the Faculty of Medicine and Health (FKK) of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) as part of a comparative study in preparation for accreditation. This activity was held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Faculty Lounge of STEI ITB, Labtek VIII, 2nd Floor.

The visit was led directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health ITS, dr. Lukman Hakim, M.Kes., Sp.U (K)., Ph.D. From STEI ITB, this activity was attended by Prof. Andriyan Bayu Suksmono, MT, Ph.D, Allya Paramita Koesoema, ST, MT, Ph.D, and Donny Danudirdjo, ST, MT, Ph.D as the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Study Program STEI ITB.

During the meeting, the two institutions discussed various strategic aspects related to study program management and development, particularly those related to curriculum, academic governance, quality assurance, and preparation for accreditation of study programs in technology and medicine. STEI ITB also shared experiences and best practices in the development of its ongoing Biomedical Engineering Study Program.

This comparative study activity is expected to strengthen the synergy and collaboration between STEI ITB and FKK ITS, as well as provide references and insights for the Faculty of Medicine and Health ITS in preparing for Accreditation.
