STEI ITB Takes Three Titles in Huawei ICT World-Level Competition
Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) has once again achieved a brilliant achievement in the Huawei ICT Competition 2022-2023. After successfully winning at tingkat Asia Pasifik sebelumnya, the winning team STEI ITB was sent back to participate in this prestigious competition held in Shenzhen, Guangdong, on May 24-27, 2023.
The competition concluded the Huawei ICT competition series, which involved thousands of participants from various countries around the world. The STEI and ITB teams, who had previously achieved success, once again demonstrated their excellence by winning three championships in this competition.
In category Cloud Track, the STEI ITB team managed to maintain their resilience and won 2nd place. Muhammad Hilmi Fawwaz, Faris Hasim Syauqi, and Larastya Devindira Hasnaa who had competed tenaciously, demonstrated extraordinary skills in facing complex cloud computing challenges.
Not to forget, in category Network Track, the STEI ITB team once again demonstrated their prowess by winning 3rd place. Faishal Zharfan, Muhammad Iqbal Arrachman, and Nissha Kinaya Maureen Sibayak were able to provide innovative and effective solutions in optimizing complex communication networks.
Meanwhile, in the category Innovation, the STEI ITB team once again demonstrated their creativity and excellence by winning 2nd place. Ihsan Saddan Rivaldi, Abu Hanif Muhammad Syarubany, and Randy Zakya Suchrady succeeded in creating innovative ideas and concepts that amazed the judges.
The achievements of the STEI ITB teams are proof that education and human resource development in the field of Telecommunication Engineering at STEI ITB continues to improve.
