STEI ITB kembali melaksanakan Proses Surveillance Audit ISO 9001:2015
Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – STEI ITB has carried out the process surveillance audit The survey was conducted over two days, February 8 and 9, 2023. Similar to the previous year, this survey audit examined and reviewed each administrative service process at STEI through a sampling method. This year, the services examined included Academic Administration, Infrastructure and Information Systems Administration, Top Management, and Quality Manajement Representative (QMR).
Proses surveillance audit This time, it was carried out by an external auditor represented by Mr. Jeffri Girsang from PT Tuv Nord Indonesia. From the results closing meeting as conveyed by the external auditor, STEI ITB stated that it is still entitled to hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Surveillance Audit A survey audit is a follow-up to the evaluation of ISO 9001:2015 implementation. ISO 9001:2015 itself is an international standard specifically for quality management systems. Organizations use this standard to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide services and products in accordance with customer needs and applicable regulations.
After being audited by the internal organization, it is the responsibility of the external auditor to conduct a direct survey (surveillance) to ensure that the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is consistent and in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
ISO 9001:2015 certification is valid for three years, with annual survey audits required, before recertification in the third year. Each key process, such as management reviews, internal audits, and adjustments made during the year, is reviewed.
