SEEI Attends Coordination Meeting on Waste Management and Cleanliness Evaluation
Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – On 5 November 2024, the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (SEEI) of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) participated in the Coordination Meeting on Waste Management and Cleanliness Evaluation of Academic Work Units (UKA) and Supporting Work Units (UKP), organized by ITB’s Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure. The meeting was held at the SEEI ITB Meeting Room, Labtek VIII. . .
This meeting was part of the Directorate of Facilities and Infrastructure’s regular agenda to enhance awareness and improve the quality of waste management and cleanliness within the ITB campus environment. The activity was attended by Heads of Subdivisions (Kasubbag) of SPSI as well as Coordinators for Security, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (K3G) from each faculty.
On this occasion, SEEI ITB took the opportunity to present the sustainability programs that have been implemented. This was closely related to SEEI ITB’s achievement in winning 1st Place in the Appreciation for Household Management toward a Sustainable and Green Campus at ITB.The presentation served as inspiration and motivation for other work units to develop similar initiatives in the field of environmental sustainability.
The meeting also discussed a comprehensive evaluation of waste management at ITB, including planning new strategies to support the goals of a green and sustainable campus.
Through its participation, SEEI ITB demonstrated its commitment to supporting ITB’s vision as an environmentally conscious campus, while also sharing best practices with other faculties and work units.
