Base Station Handover Ceremony of PT. Huawei Tech Investment to xG Research Center of Use Cases and Applications STEI ITB

Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – On March 20, 2023, the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) held a Huawei Base Station Handover Ceremony from PT. Huawei Tech Investment to xG Research Center of Use Cases and Applications which is part of STEI ITB. The event was attended by several important guests, including representatives from Huawei and STEI ITB.

At the event, representatives from Huawei, namely Mohamad Rosidi – Director of ICT Strategy & Business, Huawei Indonesia, Jasper Li – Director of APAC Wireless Industry Development, Wireless Development, Huawei Technologies, and Indra Gani – Senior Manager Wireless Solution, Huawei Indonesia, were present to officially hand over the Huawei Base Station to STEI ITB.

The event was also attended by Dr. Tutun Juhana, S.T., M.T. as Dean, as well as coordinator and research member of STEI ITB.

This ceremony aims to officially hand over the Huawei Base Station which will be used to conduct research and development related to wireless xG technology at STEI ITB.

On this occasion, STEI ITB also expressed its gratitude to PT. Huawei Tech Investment for its support and collaboration in strengthening research and development related to wireless technology in Indonesia. It is hoped that this collaboration will continue to create innovations that benefit the Indonesian people and the world.
