Registration for the 2020 Digital Talent Fresh Graduate Academy (FGA) is still open.

The Fresh Graduate Academy Digital Talent Scholarship (FGA DTS) program is an ICT competency improvement training program that focuses on seven training themes: CCNA Network Engineer, CCNA Cyberoperation Specialist, Cloud Computing, Core System Administration, Java Programming, Database Design and Programming with SQL, and Data Science. This training program is held in partnership with five global tech companies: Amazon Web Service (AWS) Educate, Cisco Networking Academy, IBM Indonesia, Oracle Academy, and Red Hat Academy.

This training is held at 55 public and private universities throughout Indonesia. This training is intended for D3/D4/S1 graduates in ICT, MIPA, and other Engineering fields proven by a diploma/SKL and not yet or not currently working in order to have professional competencies in accordance with the development of science and technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This FGA training was held from 2018 to 2020 with various training themes. The implementation of the FGA program in 2020 will last for 210 Training Hours (JP) online. At the end of the training, participants will be given post-training supplies in the form of soft-skill development for 12 JP.

In this program, universities act as providers of facilities and infrastructure, as well as training instructors, in accordance with the training program's objectives. At the end of the training, participants who meet the requirements will have the opportunity to participate in an industry certification program related to their chosen training topic.

It is hoped that the FGA program will provide ready-to-use skills for undergraduate and diploma graduates, which will help reduce unemployment and meet the need for skilled workers in the technology sector. The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) is striving to create a balanced ecosystem to maximize the role of the triple helix (government agencies, the private sector, and educational institutions) as facilitators and accelerators supporting the digital economy.
