ITB Education Open House 2022 Held Offline Again Since the Pandemic

December 5, 2022, Bandung; As the pandemic situation improves, offline activities involving large groups have become commonplace again. This is also the case with the ITB Education Open House, which was held offline for the first time since the pandemic.

For the past two years, visitors have had to make do with virtual booth visits. Despite the maximum effort, there's still a longing to attend an in-person Open House. Therefore, it's no surprise that the 2022 ITB Education Open House was so popular. Despite the large number of attendees, the committee still enforced strict health protocols.

This year's ITB Education Open House will be held at the Sasana Budaya Ganesha (Sabuga) ITB. The event will last for three days, from December 2, 2022, to December 4, 2022. Unlike previous years, which were held virtually, this time participants can visit faculty booths in person, ask questions to academics, watch presentations from faculty representatives, and learn about ITB's admission pathways and scholarships.

This year the STEI stand was again busy with visitors, especially since STEI was preparing several robot units from Control and Computer Systems KK and conversion engine from KK Ketenaga Listrikan to be exhibited, including:

1. Test Bed SRM Drives for E-trike Application
2. Autonomous Aerial Drone
3. Mazenav
4. Donkey Car
5. Pioneer – Autonomous Navigation Robot

Several lecturers and student representatives were also present to explain the prepared units and answer questions from the general public interested in the study programs and learning at STEI ITB. On the first, second, and third days, the community's enthusiasm remained undiminished. Hopefully, in future years, the ITB Education Open House can still be held offline.
