STEI Administration Services Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

STEI's administrative services have successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification from TÜV NORD IndonesiaThe audit process took place twice. The first audit (Quality Management System) took place on July 16-17, 2018, and the second audit (Implementation) took place on July 30-31, 2018.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard specifically for quality management systems. Organizations use this standard to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide services and products that meet customer needs and applicable regulations.

During the audit process, the STEI administration office successfully demonstrated evidence that the standards in ISO 9001:2015 had been implemented effectively in academic services, finance, facilities & infrastructure, personnel, information systems, and secretariat.

Building a quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requires hard work and considerable time commitment. The STEI administration office's efforts to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification began a year earlier. After undergoing a process of improvement, the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 was officially launched by Dr. Ir. Jaka Sembiring, M.Eng, Dean of STEI ITB, on October 2, 2017.

With this achievement, it is hoped that STEI will continue to improve the quality of service, work efficiency, and its organizational system, not only in administrative services but also as a whole.
