Official Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Procedures

Submission Procedure:

1. Submit a proposed need using the “Service Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Proposal Form”.
2. Menerima konfirmasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
3. When the work is completed, the User carries out a Work Results Checklist together with the Infrastructure Unit and Service Provider.

• Official Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Proposal Form;

Provisions:

Submission of the Official Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Proposal Form must be signed by the head of the budget-owning unit, namely the Head of the Study Program.
