Request for SP Staff Assignment to Facilitate Overtime Activities of Other Units

Submission Procedure:

Users submit their overtime service needs by filling out the Overtime Service Needs Form which is signed by the work unit supervisor.

• Overtime Service Requirement Form

Provisions:

1. Submission of the Overtime Service Requirement Form at least 2 (two) days before the activity is carried out.
2. Units outside STEI ITB or STEI ITB partners who carry out activities within the STEI ITB environment can submit a request for assignment of SP staff to assist with activities (overtime services) with the provision of covering the costs of overtime services, namely overtime wages (in accordance with provisions/feasibility) and meal allowances for overtime service staff assigned by STEI ITB.
3. Submission of Overtime Service Requirement Forms less than 2 (two) days will not be served optimally.
