Proposal for Promotion of Lecturer Position/Rank
Cara pengajuan kenaikan pangkat:
- The teaching staff proposes a promotion/position to the Head of the KK accompanied by files and evidence of completeness listed in the DUPAK, namely evidence of the Tridharma of Higher Education activities in the form of: Teaching Decree, Cover and confirmation sheet as a Supervisor, Letter of Assignment as Examiner, Decree of the Advisor Lecturer, files of National/International Journals/Papers and letters of assignment as other supporting evidence.
- The Head of the KK checks the files, if they are appropriate and complete, the Head of the KK submits a proposal for promotion of the lecturer's rank/position to the Dean of STEI ITB for further processing.
Provisions:
- The regulations for processing proposals for promotion to lecturer positions/ranks follow the applicable regulations of the Ministry of Research and Higher Education and ITB regulations.
- The STEI ITB Personnel Unit will only process a letter of request for a promotion to lecturer position/rank addressed to WRSD ITB if the application file from the applicant is complete and meets the terms and conditions of the applicable credit score.
- To complete the evidence of scientific publication, the applicant is required to complete the following photocopied documents:
- Cover
- Editor board/organizing committee/kepanitiaan
- Daftar isi
- Makalah lengkap
- Evidence attachments for international journals include Scopus indexed categories and have impact factor, and journal qualifications.
- Hasil penelusuran plagiarisme.
