Application for International Conference Assistance for Lecturers
Cara Pengajuan:
Lecturers submit a request for assistance for international conferences by filling out the Application Form for Funds for International Conference/Journal Expenditures and attaching the following documents: acceptance letter, paper and proof of registration payment (if payment has been made).
The document is submitted to the Information Systems unit for the conference rank determination process by the STEI ITB Research Coordinator.

- Funding Application Form for Lecturer International Conference/Journal Expenditures.
- Lecturer International Conference/Journal Fund Usage Report Form.
Provisions:
- The provision of funding assistance for international conferences for lecturers follows the provisions Dean's Decree Number 0043/SK/I1.C07/KU/2016 dated January 4, 2016 concerning the Provision of Financial Assistance for Attending International Conferences for Lecturers at STEI ITB.
- The provision of funding for international conferences for lecturers is a maximum of 2 (two) times in 1 (one) year, both in Indonesia and/or abroad.
- International conference assistance is only provided to lecturers as main authors.
- The conference ranking is determined based on recommendations from the STEI ITB Research Coordinator.
- Based on the conference rank, the Head of Administration determines the amount of assistance with reference to Dean's Decree Number 0043/SK/I1.C07/KU/2016 and taking into account budget availability.
- Lecturers receiving financial assistance are required to submit a report on the use of the financial assistance received to the Finance Unit no later than 2 (two) weeks after the activity takes place, accompanied by relevant and valid financial evidence.
- The Finance Unit will only process applications for disbursement of Lecturer conference assistance funds if the completeness of the documents has been fulfilled.
