Design Service Request

Submission Procedure:

1. The applicant fills out the Design Services Application Form.
2. The applicant provides the necessary materials (references, data) which are ready to be processed.

Provisions:

1. Design services are only intended for the interests of the Faculty level (Dean's Office) and the administrative service unit of the STEI ITB Faculty.
2. The design completion date may change from the estimate stated at the beginning of the application, depending on whether or not there are revisions requested during the process or after the service is completed.
3. User revision requests will only be processed a maximum of two times. Revision requests exceeding this limit will only be processed after other requests from other applicants have been completed (queuing system).
4. The design results in the form of digital file designs can be used directly by users.
