Interaction Day Telkomsel – STEI ITB

This time, Thursday, March 10, 2011, the Selected Chapters of Telecommunications Lecture was themed "Interaction Day Telkomsel - STEI ITB" which took place in the Multimedia Room of Benny Subianto Building, 4th floor. The first session of this lecture was delivered by Mr. Pratignyo, as GM Strategic Technology Planning from Telkomsel. The lecture was themed "Experience Trial LTE as 4G Technology".

He explained that Telkomsel is the operator with the largest number of subscribers in Indonesia. To meet user expectations, such as throughput speed and price, Telkomsel needs to consider network design parameters, such as the number of subscribers and users, to ensure user experience and QoS are maintained. Regular network management and measurement are also necessary to generate regular reports for future use.

There were 2 other sessions in the lecture including a presentation from Mr. Bremono Indrodewo, as GM Network Operations - West Java with the theme "Broadband Operational Experiences" and a presentation from the Telkomsel Customer Community Team with the theme "Telkomsel Service and Product Education".
