Bureaucratic Reform is a continuous effort where each stage provides changes or improvements to the bureaucracy towards a better direction and ensures the creation of improved governance within an institution. The strategy to accelerate bureaucratic reform at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) is carried out through the Development of an Integrity Zone (ZI) at the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) as a pilot service work unit (role model) that is free from corruption (WBK) and provides excellent service (WBBM).
