ESDM Goes to Campus at ITB: Career Opportunities in the Power Sector

Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), through the Directorate General of Electricity, held ESDM Goes to Campus (EGTC) at the East CC Auditorium, ITB Ganesha Campus, on Thursday, 13 November 2025. Carrying the theme “Unlocking Job Opportunities through Electrical Competency Certification,” the event aimed to introduce the electrical power sector while broadening students’ perspectives on career opportunities in the energy industry. ..

The program began with a sharing session featuring ITB alumni currently working at the Ministry of ESDM, followed by the main seminar which presented five speakers: Pandu Satria Jati Bonifasius, S.IP., M.Si. (Coordinator of Public Relations, Data Management, and Information, Directorate General of Electricity), Dr. Eng. Ir. Arwindra Rizqiawan, S.T., M.T. (Vice Dean of Resources, SEEI ITB), Bayu Nugroho, S.T., M.B.A. (Acting Director of Electrical Engineering and Environment), Ahmad Khulaemi, S.Pd., M.Pd. (Principal Expert Instructor, PPSDM KEBTKE), and Fiena Firmawati Rasulia, S.E., M.M., Ak., C.A. (Vice President of Human Capital Performance Management, PT PLN Persero).

Through this event, students are expected to gain a stronger understanding of the importance of competency certification and the diverse career opportunities in the electrical power sector, while also becoming motivated to contribute to building Indonesia’s energy future.
