Dr. Agung Harsoyo, ST., DEA. Terpilih Menjadi Anggota KRT-BRTI
Minister of Communication and Information Rudiantara inaugurated seven new members of the Telecommunications Regulatory Committee of the Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Body (KRT-BRTI) at the Ministry of Communication and Information office, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (19/12).
The KRT-BRTI team for the 2018-2022 period is chaired by the Director General of Postal and Information Technology Equipment Resources (SDPPI) Ismail, and the deputy chair is the Director General of Information Technology Applications (APTIKA) Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan.
In his remarks, Rudiantara stated that this year, the seven members of KRT-BRTI would implement a new work system. These seven members would interpret regulations focused on the telecommunications and internet business.
According to him, this change in regulations means that the ministry he leads will not only focus on the pipe (telecommunications) business.
“What's important is how to interpret the rules into a process that adds value to us. We've moved from just telecommunications to the internet. It's not easy, but what can bring change to our sector is not focusing on telecommunications as a pipe, but rather on the internet, ” said.
This year's KRT-BRTI member selection process was chaired by Erry Riyana Hardjapamekas, CEO Tokopedia William Tanuwidjaya and APJII Chairman Jamalul Izza.
The seven members were selected from various backgrounds. Agung Harsoyo is a graduate of S3 Universite de Bretagne Sud, France – Otptics (2003) who has experience as a teaching staff and researcher at STEI ITB since 1993 until now, joined in Control System & Computer Research Groups. Agung has been a member of BRTI since the previous period.
Meanwhile, Johny Siswadi is a graduate of Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia S2 Business Law (2001). He has experience as an Advocate / Legal Consultant PIHI (Indonesian Legal Information Center) since 2016-present but was previously a Senior Consultant PT. Telkom, Tbk. (2011-2012).

Meanwhile, Setyardi Widodo is a graduate of S2 University of Indonesia majoring in Business Administration who was once a Reporter in the Information Technology and Telecommunications Sector of Bisnis Indonesia PT. Jurnalindo Aksara Grafika (2000-2004). He currently works as General Manager, PT. Jurnalindo Aksara Grafika (2018-present).
Next, Bambang Priantono is a graduate of S3 Public Policy (2012) from the University of Indonesia. Currently, he is the President Director, LSP Telecommunications (2016-present) and Staff, Manager, VP, SVP, Group Head, Advisor to President Director PT. Indosat (1986-present).
Furthermore, I Ketut Prihadi Kresna Mukti is the Head of Public Relations of the Directorate General of Post and Telecommunications (2003 – 2004) who was previously also a Member of KRT-BRTI 2015 – 2018. He was also a lecturer at the Jakarta State Polytechnic (2017 – 2018).

The next member, Rolly Rochmad Purnomo, is a graduate of the Australian National University S3 – Public Policy. Rolly has served as a Member of KRT-BRTI (2015-2018) and was a Competition Policy Analyst, Secretariat (KPPU) (2009).
