Daniel Wiyogo Dwiputro, S.T., M.T. is an academic and researcher at the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI), Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He is a member of the Telecommunication Engineering Research Group, focusing on telecommunications systems, technology, business, and regulation. He completed his undergraduate and master's degrees at ITB and is currently actively conducting research related to technology management and regulation in the telecommunications sector.

For the past five years, Daniel Wiyogo Dwiputro, S.T., M.T. Daniel is specifically dedicated to spectrum management studies. His experience in this field has made significant contributions to the Indonesian government through various forms of support. Daniel is actively involved in reviewing and analyzing studies from ITU Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) to provide strategic recommendations for spectrum management in Indonesia. He also represents Indonesia in regional meetings discussing crucial issues related to spectrum management.

Beyond his primary focus on spectrum management, Daniel has also contributed to various other research related to information and communications technology. Some of his contributions include:
