In the context of science and technology development and mastery, does the Indonesian university world face any problems? To examine this, we first need to review the steps taken by our predecessors: are they still relevant?

What changes are happening around us?

What opportunities and threats will be faced in the future?

This webinar will present several milestones and indicators known to illustrate the progress and mastery of science and technology in Indonesia. By presenting these topics, it is hoped that discussions and agreements will emerge, leading to a joint effort to move ITB forward.

Institutions such as ITB (and other PTN-BH) are expected to be able to become initiators and locomotives to actively follow and explore global science and technology and absorb developments in world science to be applied in various aspects of life.

Prof. Tati is a professor of biomedical engineering at STEI ITB. She completed her doctoral studies at ENSERG-INP Grenoble, France. She has received several awards, including the 2019 Habibie Award in Engineering and the Hitachi Innovation Award.
