Ganesha Lightning Team Achieves Achievements at NESCO 2017

The Ganesha Lightning Team, consisting of Efraim, Oscar Aristo Damanik, and Daniel Xaverius Sagala from Electrical Power Engineering 2013, succeeded in becoming the first place winner in the 2017 National Electrical Power System Competition (NESCO) paper competition.

National Electrical Power System Competition 2017 (NESCO) is a competition in the field of electricity with the theme "Advanced Electricity Distribution with Smart Grid". This competition is carried out in the form of solving power flow problems at the national level organized by the Family of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Students, Faculty of Engineering, Gadjah Mada University. On Monday, April 24, 2017, the Petir Ganesha Team along with nine other teams were declared to have qualified for the final round.

The final round was held on Saturday and Sunday, May 13-14, 2017, at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.
