STEI ITB Collaborates with the National Cyber and Cryptography Polytechnic

On October 7, 2022, the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between STEI ITB and the National Cyber and Cryptography Polytechnic (Poltek SSN). The event was held on the same day as the National Cryptography Polytechnic Cadet Graduation.

The collaboration established is regarding the Improvement of the Quality of the Implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, which includes teaching, lecturer exchange, joint curriculum and program development, joint training and guidance, utilization of educational laboratories, joint research, periodical publications, holding seminars and scientific conferences, and other activities.

Cybersecurity and cryptography are the areas highlighted in this collaboration. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the quality of higher education in these fields.

As an educational institution specializing in cybersecurity and cryptography, Poltek SSN plays a crucial role in enhancing and developing human resource capacity for the National Cyber and Cryptography Agency (BSSN). Poltek SSN offers three study programs: Cryptographic Engineering, Cryptographic Hardware Engineering, and Cybersecurity Engineering.
