SEEI ITB Receives a Visit from Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia in an Effort to Strengthen the Tri Dharma of Higher Education
Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – The Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science of Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia conducted an official visit to the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (SEEI) ITB on 18–19 June 2025. This visit was part of efforts to improve the quality of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and to strengthen academic capacity and contributions to the development of national education.
The visit was welcomed directly by the Dean of SEEI ITB, along with the leadership team and lecturers of SEEI ITB. From Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, the visit was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Dr. Sc. Dedi Darwis, S.Kom., M.Kom., CDSP, accompanied by several faculty members. ..

Over the two-day visit, the delegation from Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia visited several flagship laboratories within the SEEI ITB environment. On 18 June, the delegation had the opportunity to visit the Korea Cyber Security R&D Center (KOICA), a laboratory that represents a collaboration between ITB and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in the field of cyber security.

The visit continued on 19 June with explorations of several other laboratories at the ITB Ganesha Campus, namely the Electrical Energy Conversion Laboratory, the Information Systems Laboratory, the Control and Computer Systems Laboratory, and the Software Engineering Laboratory. Each visit was accompanied by discussions on research activities, curriculum development, and opportunities for collaboration in education and technology development.


This visit is expected to strengthen inter-institutional relations and open opportunities for cooperation in various fields, including curriculum development, joint research, as well as lecturer and student exchanges.
SEEI ITB welcomes this initiative and hopes that this strategic step can become a tangible contribution to creating a stronger, more adaptive, and innovative higher education ecosystem in Indonesia.
