School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics Enlivens the 2025 Bandung Institute of Technology Open House
Bandung, stei.itb.ac.id – The School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (SEEI) actively participated in the 2025 Open House of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), held on 13–14 December 2025 at the Sasana Budaya Ganesha (SABUGA), Bandung. This activity was one of ITB’s key agendas to introduce the academic environment, education system, and campus life to prospective students, parents, and the general public.
During the event, SEEI ITB presented an information booth that served as a central point of interaction for visitors. Through this booth, visitors could obtain comprehensive information regarding study programs within SEEI ITB, the academic system, student activities, as well as a general overview of the learning experience in the fields of electrical engineering and informatics. Visitor enthusiasm was evident from the high intensity of discussions and questions raised throughout the event.

In addition to information services at the booth, SEEI ITB also organized presentation sessions that provided a more in-depth overview of the scientific clusters within SEEI ITB. On Saturday, 13 December 2025, a presentation session on SEEI-Computing was held, while on Sunday, 14 December 2025, a presentation session on SEEI-Engineering took place. Both sessions featured the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of SEEI ITB, Dr. techn. Muhammad Zuhri Catur Candra, S.T., M.T., along with the Heads of Study Programs from each respective program.
Through these presentation sessions, visitors received explanations regarding the educational structure, scientific focus, and academic development directions within each SEEI ITB cluster. The sessions also served as informative dialogue forums, enabling prospective students and parents to understand educational pathway options more clearly and in a more directed manner.

SEEI ITB’s participation in the 2025 ITB Open House is expected to assist prospective students in becoming more familiar with university life at ITB, while also strengthening SEEI ITB’s role as an educational institution that is open, communicative, and responsive to public information needs.
