Overview
The Electronics research group focuses on Digital ICs, Analog ICs, IC processing, RF ICs, Device Technology, and Embedded Systems. The research areas include electronic system architecture design, System on Chip (SoC), algorithm optimization for hardware implementation, VLSI design, hardware-software co-design, as well as device design and implementation. These research efforts target cutting-edge applications such as Baseband Chips for Advanced Wireless Communication, Smart Cards, Security Engines, Wireless Sensor Networks, and Silicon Nanowires.
