Prosedur Pemeliharaan Bangunan

Submission Procedure:

1. Menyampaikan usulan kebutuhan menggunakan “Formulir Usulan Pemeliharaan Bangunan”.
2. Menerima konfirmasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan.
3. When the work is completed, the User carries out a Work Results Checklist together with the Infrastructure Unit and Service Provider.

Provisions:

Submission of the Building Maintenance Proposal Form must be signed by the head of the budget-owning unit, namely the Head of the Study Program.
