SOP/STEI/AKD/13: Services for Applying to ITB Scholarships and Voucher Scholarships

Requirements for SEEI Students Regarding Applications for ITB Scholarships and ITB Voucher Scholarships  

Students:

1. Receive announcements regarding ITB Scholarships or ITB Voucher Scholarships delivered via e-mail, notice boards, or published on the Student Affairs Office website(https://kemahasiswaan.itb.ac.id/beasiswa)and the Graduate School website (http://www.sps.itb.ac.id ).
2. Complete all requirements specified by the scholarship provider.
3. Register and submit all required scholarship application documents to the Study Program administrative staff.
4. Collect the statement of willingness to serve as a teaching and research assistant, and the statement letter (specifically for ITB Voucher Scholarship requirements) that have been approved by the Head of the Study Program and the Dean, within a maximum of 3 (three) working days after the complete submission from the student.
