Requirements for STEI Students Regarding Class Transfer Services for Parallel Classes

Students:

1. Submit a Class Transfer Request to both course lecturers by completing the form provided here. here..
2. Request approval from both course lecturers by bringing a photocopy of the Study Plan Card (KSM).
3. Continue attending the original class if the transfer request is not approved by the lecturers.
4. Receive the photocopy of the KSM that has been initialed by both lecturers.
5. Submit the initialed KSM to the Study Program Administration Staff.
6. Sign the class transfer registration sheet available at the Study Program office.
