Cara Pengajuan:

1. Lecturers submit a request for financial assistance for membership of a professional organization by filling out the Application Form for Financial Assistance for Membership of a Professional Organization and attaching proof of payment for membership of the professional organization.
2. The document is submitted to the Secretariat or Finance unit of STEI ITB.

Formulir Pengajuan Bantuan Dana Keanggotaan Organisasi Profesi.

Provisions:

1. Professional organization membership funding assistance is reimbursement in nature and is given to lecturers with a maximum of 1 (one) professional organization membership funding assistance per year.
2. Lecturers who wish to apply for financial assistance for membership of a professional organization are required to submit the required application documents, namely proof of payment for membership of the professional organization they are participating in and to complete the Application Form for Financial Assistance for Membership of a Professional Organization.
3. The finance unit will only process applications for financial assistance that have been completed with the required application documents.
