Recruitment of Contract Educational Personnel Staff

Submission Procedure::

  • The proposing unit submits a request letter for additional/recruitment of Contract Educational Personnel Staff addressed to the Vice Dean for Resources, accompanied by a detailed description of the required competencies.

Provisions:

  1. The recruitment process for Contract Educational Personnel Staff at STEI ITB is carried out based on proposals from unit leaders, adjusted to the level of need, budget availability, and required competencies.
  2. Unit leaders proposing additional Contract Educational Personnel Staff must include the required competencies. If the required competencies match those of existing staff and rotation is feasible, staffing needs may be fulfilled through rotation.
  3. Recruitment announcements will be disseminated by the Human Resources Unit via mailing lists and other social media.
  4. The Human Resources Unit will only process applications that meet the required qualifications.
  5. The recruitment process includes administrative screening, psychological testing and/or technical written tests, as well as interviews conducted by the user/requesting party and the Head of Administration Section.
  6. Test and interview notifications are delivered via telephone or other communication media.
  7. Psychological testing is conducted by an authorized Psychological Assessment Agency.
  8. The determination of successful candidates is based on the average score from all interviewers.
  9. If the selected candidate (first recommendation) does not accept the offered remuneration package, the offer will be extended to the next qualified candidate (second recommendation), and so forth.
  10. The final decision regarding the recruitment results is the absolute authority of SEEI ITB and cannot be contested by applicants.
