External Visit Service

Submission Procedure:

    1. Visit requests must be submitted through an official letter (hardcopy) addressed to the Vice Dean for Resources of SEEI, or via email to the Academic Secretariat (email: akademik.stei[at]itb.ac.id).
    2. Provide feedback by completing the Visit Satisfaction Questionnaire.

 

Forms to Be Completed:

  1. External Visit Record (Berita Acara Kunjungan Eksternal)
  2. Service Satisfaction Measurement Questionnaire

 

Provisions:

  1. Visits are conducted on working days only.
  2. The maximum visit duration is 2 (two) hours, except for collaboration exploratory meetings.
  3. Presenters/speakers for the visit activities will be arranged according to the level of information required and the relevance to the visiting participants.
  4. The Information Systems Unit may postpone, propose a schedule change, or decline the visit request if no adequate room is available.
