Requirements for SEEI Alumni Regarding Legalization Services for Transcripts, Diplomas, and Diploma Translations
Alumni:
- Submit photocopies of the diploma/transcript (Indonesian/English) and present the original diploma/transcript to the legalization officer, and bring one (1) black-and-white 4×6 cm passport photo for the issuance of the diploma translation.
- Receive the legalization/translation receipt and the original diploma/transcript documents, and make payment for the legalization/translation fees.
- Collect the legalized documents / diploma translation from the legalization officer by presenting the legalization receipt.
A. Process for Legalization of Diplomas, Transcripts, and Diploma Translations
- Bring the original diploma/translation/transcript or previously legalized copies.
- Processing time: maximum 3 (three) business days.
- Legalization Fees:

- Submit one (1) recent black-and-white 4×6 cm passport photo.
- Processing time: maximum 3 (three) business days.
- Fee for translation: Rp 20,000.
