Requirements for SEEI Students Regarding Internship Services

Service for Internship Request Letter (Before the Internship Begins)

Students:

  1. Find a company/agency where the internship will be conducted. If possible, students should first conduct informal communication with the company/agency to learn about the internship procedures at the chosen institution.
  2. Complete the Internship Request Letter Form (FRM/STEI/AKD/ISK/01-01/00) .
  3. Collect the completed Internship Request Letter that has been signed by the Head of the Study Program at the Study Program Service Desk.
  4. Send the Internship Request Letter to the relevant company/agency.
  5. If the chosen company does not accept the student, the student may submit another Internship Request Letter to a different company/agency.
Service for Internship Placement Letter and Evaluation Form (At the Start of Internship Implementation)

Students:

  1. Collect the Internship Placement Letter and the Internship Evaluation Form at the Study Program Service Desk.
  2. Bring the Internship Placement Letter to be submitted during the initial meeting with the company/agency supervisor.
  3. The Internship Evaluation Form must later be submitted to the Internship Supervisor at the company/agency. The form must be filled in and signed by the Internship Supervisor and the company/agency official involved in the internship activities.
  4. A softcopy of the signed Internship Logbook Verification will be requested and archived by the Study Program.
At the End of the Internship at the Company/Agency
  1. The student prepares a draft of the Internship Report and submits it to the Internship Supervisor at the company/agency for approval.
  2. The student prints the Internship Logbook Verification Sheet that has been signed by the company/agency official.
  3. The student requests the completed Internship Evaluation Form from the company/agency Internship Supervisor, places it in a sealed envelope, and submits it to the Study Program.
After the Internship
  1. The student requests the company/agency to send the Internship Evaluation Score directly to the Study Program.
  2. The student prepares the Internship Report document, which must be approved and signed by the company/agency Internship Supervisor and the Study Program Internship Coordinator.

Students who do not complete the internship according to procedure will not be considered to have fulfilled the requirements as determined by the SEEI–ITB Study Program.
