Dr. Eueung Mulyana is an academic and researcher at the School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (STEI) of the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He currently serves as the Head of the Doctoral Study Program in Electrical Engineering and Informatics at STEI ITB, having previously served as the Head of the Telematics Lab (2017–2022) and the Head of the Industrial and Business Incubator Division of LPiK ITB (2018–2022).

He earned his Bachelor's degree from Bandung Institute of Technology (1997), a Master's degree from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany (2002), and a Doctorate from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, Germany (2006). His expertise includes modern communication networks and infrastructure, planning, provisioning/operation, and network automation. His current research focuses on SDN & Network Softwareization and Autonomous Networks.
