Requirements for SEEI Lecturers Regarding Guest Lecturer Services
Course Lecturers/Instructors:
- Submit a request to hold a guest lecture to the Head of the Study Program by completing the Guest Lecture Proposal Form (FRM/STEI/AKD/SOP-14/01.01) (FRM/STEI/AKD/SOP-14/01.01) at least 1 (one) week before the activity takes place.
- For guest lecturer honorarium proposals, attach photocopies of the guest lecturer’s Tax Identification Number (NPWP), Bank Account Number, and National ID (KTP).
- If the proposal is not approved by the Head of the Study Program, make the necessary revisions in accordance with the agreed adjustments.
- Receive the Guest Lecture Invitation Letter, Certificate of Appreciation, and Souvenir.

- The amount of guest lecturer honorarium is regulated under ITB Rector’s Regulation No. 032a/PER/I1.A/KU/2017, dated 1 February 2017, concerning the First Amendment to Rector’s Regulation No. 016/PER/I1.A/KU/2015 on Standard Costs for Activities Funded by Non–State Revenue (Non-PNBP) at ITB.
- Payment of guest lecturer honoraria is made via direct bank transfer by the Directorate of Finance and Education of ITB to the speaker’s account, based on the submission from the SEEI ITB Finance Unit.
