1st International Workshop on Industrial IT Convergence
CALL FOR PAPERS The 1st International Workshop on Industrial IT Convergence will be held in Bandung, Indonesia, at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Authors are invited to submit papers describing advance development in industrial application and IT convergence technologies. Bandung is chosen as the first venue to share ideas in this workshop due to the great history of this city which was used to organized first conference among Asia and Africa country in 1955 to strengthen relationship towards global issues.
Furthermore, Bandung is one of big cities in Indonesia that contributes big impact in Indonesian economic through some innovative products which are produced by some researches in some companies and ITB as one of the best universities in Bandung. The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners from industry and academia from both Rep. of Korea and Indonesia and provide the state-of-art technology information such as recent developments, deployments, technology trends and research results, as well as initiatives related to industrial information technology and convergence.
Topics within the scope of the conference will include, but are not limited to the following:
•Infrastructure and Technology in Industrial Informatics
•Distributed, Embedded and Networked Control System
•Factory Automation and Industrial Informatics
•Industrial Informatics Applications
•New Paradigms in Industrial Informatics
•Wireless Sensor and Actuator Networks in Industrial Automation Work-in-Progress:
Work-in-Progress papers comprise research description that has not yet produced the results which are required for a regular paper, but that due its novelty and potential impact deserves to be shared with the community at an early stage. Accepted WIP papers will be published in the workshop proceedings. Contributors will be asked to give a short presentation of their work and to prepare a poster for the discussion forum that will be held after the presentations. Submission of Papers: The working language of the workshop is English. Prospective participants are requested to electronically submit full papers of their work (8 pages max. for regular paper and 4 pages for WiP) following the instructions available on the website. Accepted papers will be published in IITC proceedings volume to be included in IITC collection.
